Let it fly

Cast those lines and learn how to fly fish at Alley Pond Environmental Center on April 28.

Children 8 to 12 years old learn from a pro how to cast, make knots, rig, and do everything else involved in this sport. The program is geared toward beginners who want to learn the safe and comfortable way to fish. All equipment is supplied, but all participants must wear a hat and sunglasses to the program.

Fly Fishing 101 on April 28 at 10:30 am. $16 ($7 for children 8 to 12 with a paying adult). Pre-registration required.
