Gimme a Break

Looking for a super-fun and educational happening for February break? Bring your kiddo on down to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden during midwinter school break (Feb. 18–20) for illuminating activities galore at February Break Discovery Days! Children of all ages will learn how plants survive in a multitude of environments, listen to botanical-themed stories, and go on a scavenger hunt. Plus budding gardeners can pot their own plant to take home. Though the featured activities will be the same for each day, but repeat visitors are welcome. Each day is free for kids of all ages, and runs from 11 am to 1 pm.
