BAMkids Film Festival screens shorts and feature films

Kids on Film

The BAMkids Film Festival is back for its 21st year during the weekend of Feb. 2 and 3! This year the always-engaging film festival will screen shorts and feature films from 27 countries, including “Looking for the Wild,” “Mogul & Pero,” “Belly Flop,” “Penguin,” “Dreams Come True,” and more — a series of short films featuring classic tales, folklore, and fables. After the screenings, children can stop by the café for free interactive games, 360-degree film experiences, a circus performance by TheMuseBrooklyn, a workshop with Dancewave, food, and much more. The BAMkids Film Festival is recommended for kid ages 3-11. The fest starts at 9:30 am. Tickets for adults are $14; children ages 13 and under are $10.
