Smart musical ‘Geniuses’ at TADA Youth Theater

They’re super smart and super talented — they are “Geniuses” at TADA Youth Theater, now through May 20.

TADA presents this original musical about two kids from a school for children who learn differently, who sneak into an elite private school for students with exceptionally high IQs and shake things up for the better — especially when they uncover one student’s evil plot to take control of the world.

“Geniuses,” now through May 20; Friday, 7 pm; Satruday and Sunday, 2 pm and 4 pm; Wednesday, 10 am and noon. Tickets are $15 children, $25 adults. Reservations not required. Suitable for all ages.

Treehouse Shakers

<div>Treehouse Shakers&rsquo; Branching OUT After-School program is for ages 12-14. This awarded program is for young people who identify as LGBTQIA+, or are seeking to become better allies. Branching OUT centers on discovering and exploring one&rsquo;s story and identity through an intentionally artist-led format. During our community-based program, young people will explore and reflect on their own story to create a larger, more meaningful experience, while gaining self-empowerment and gathering with like-minded peers. Through the guidance of our awarded teaching artists, young people will create narratives that will be turned into podcasts, dances, songs or poetry.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Young people have the opportunity to learn new art forms, work with professional artists, while building a meaningful community.</div>

Studio E Art Classes

Art, drawing, illustration, painting, and pottery.&nbsp; Studio E Art Classes for ages 2 &frac12; to adult offers a creative space to find joy and rest in the creative arts. 7-week sessions are available for all classes, or just drop into a class to give it a try. Studio E Art is a great place to schedule a birthday party, celebration, scout troop activity, fundraiser and more.&nbsp; Summer camps for children and tweens are available for half or full day in art or pottery.
