Meet ‘Bob’ at the Thalia Kids Book Club

Tweens and teens meet “Bob” at the Thalia Kid’s Book Club event at Symphony Space on May 6.

Clubbers will interact with a pair of New York Times best-selling authors — Rebecca Stead and Wendy Mass — who will share the story of their collaboration on a new novel, “Bob.”

This magical story tells the tale about growing up, and the enduring power of friendship between a young girl and an unusual creature.

This highly interactive author and book event is produced in cooperation with Bank Street Bookstore and unites avid readers with the authors, illustrators, and books that inspire their imaginations. Participants will be treated to a creative writing project, an audience discussion, a performance from the book, and a book signing.

“Bob” Book Club on May 6 at 1 pm. Admission is $17 for non-members, $14 members.

Symphony Space [2537 Broadway at W. 94th Street on the Upper West Side, (212) 864–5400; www.symphonyspace.org].
