I whale-y love you: Hearts and Flower, Love for Belugas at Wave Hill

Celebrate love on Valentines weekend at Wave Hill with the event Hearts and Flowers, Love for Belugas on Feb. 10 and 11.

Spread the love like a pod of belugas! Listen to touching tales about these small, gentle, gray-white whales, then make a stuffed beluga sock-puppet for a heartwarming Valentine’s gift.

Add a special notecard crafted from an abundance of hearts and paper flowers, or even decorate it with some arctic ice or ocean waves for belugas.

Hearts and Flowers, Love for Belugas, Feb. 10 and 11, from 10 am to 1 pm. Admission $8 adults, $2 children ages 6–18, free under 6. Free admission until noon. Reservations not required.

Young Actors at Strasberg&nbsp;offers a comprehensive array of acting programs for students in grades 2 &ndash;&nbsp;12. Saturday, After-School and Online classes are offered during the traditional school year (Fall, Winter, and Spring) and Monday through Friday day camps and intensives are held in&nbsp;July and August. The School at the Mark Morris Dance Center offers year-round, community-based dance and music programming in a fully inclusive and nurturing environment, located in the heart of the Brooklyn Cultural District.
