‘The Snow Queen’ at Galli Theater

“The Snow Queen” comes to the Galli Theater from Dec. 8 through Dec. 23, just in time to warm your hearts with its sweet story.

“The Snow Queen” is a tale of enduring friendship and the journey of a young girl who travels through many lands to rescue her friend Kay. Kay has been whisked away by the enchanting Snow Queen. Gerda sets on an adventure to find him and bring him back home. For ages 4 and up.

“The Snow Queen,” Dec. 8 through Dec. 23, Saturdays and Sundays, 2 pm (doors open at 1:30 pm). Tickets are $20 adults, $35 parent and child pair, $15 per child ($10 for siblings).

Treehouse Shakers

<div>Treehouse Shakers&rsquo; Branching OUT After-School program is for ages 12-14. This awarded program is for young people who identify as LGBTQIA+, or are seeking to become better allies. Branching OUT centers on discovering and exploring one&rsquo;s story and identity through an intentionally artist-led format. During our community-based program, young people will explore and reflect on their own story to create a larger, more meaningful experience, while gaining self-empowerment and gathering with like-minded peers. Through the guidance of our awarded teaching artists, young people will create narratives that will be turned into podcasts, dances, songs or poetry.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Young people have the opportunity to learn new art forms, work with professional artists, while building a meaningful community.</div>
