Up and down and ‘round and ‘round

The painted ponies go up and down and ’round and ’round on the beautifully restored Prospect Park Carousel on April 2 and 3.

It’s opening day for the world-famous carousel — and plenty of Prospect Park fun and activities. Take the kids for a ride on a horse, a lion, or a bear if you dare at the beautifully restored carousel, located in the Children’s Corner, just inside the Willink entrance to the park.

Prospect Park Carousel opening weekend April 2 and 3, from noon to 5 pm.

Tickets are $2 per ride, $9 for a book of five tickets.
