‘Hansel & Gretel’s Halloween Adventure’

Come along with Hansel and Gretel for the holiday peformance of “Hansel & Gretel’s Halloween Adventure,” Oct. 13–31, at the Swedish Cottage Marionette Theatre in Central Park.

After their pet swan Samantha flies them home from their forest adventure, the pair are ready to hit the road again. This time the fairytale siblings embark on a fantastic adventure where they meet mermaids, pirates, monsters, and more when they spend one unforgettable night in New York City.

The show lasts approximately 45 minutes and is suitable for children 3 to 9 years old.

“Hansel & Gretel’s Halloween Adventure,” Oct. 13 through Oct. 30, Tuesday through Friday 10:30 am and noon; Wednesday 10:30 am, noon, and 2:30 pm; and Saturday and Sunday at 1 pm. Special showing on Monday, Oct. 31 at 11 am, 1 pm, 2:30 pm, and 4 pm. Tickets are $10; $7 for children 12 and younger.
