A children’s book classic is ready for the stage.

“The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe” — the musical! — comes to Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts on April 10.

You know C.S. Lewis’s story — while playing hide-and-seek in the many rooms of their uncle’s country home, four siblings find a magic wardrobe through which they enter the fabled land of Narnia. There the kids embark on a heroic and perilous quest to defeat the evil White Witch and return the great King Aslan to the throne. Now see it live.

“The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe” at Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College [2900 Campus Rd. at Hillel Place in Flatbush, (718) 951-4500], April 10 at 2 pm. Tickets $6, $7 at the door. Best for kids ages 6 and older. For info, visit www.brooklyncenteronline.org.
