American dance takes the stage at Joyce Theater

The American Dance Platform is starring at the Joyce Theater from Jan. 3 through Jan. 8.

Now in its second year, the American Dance Platform festival continues to showcase some of the most captivating American companies performing today.

This year features an eclectic roster of artists, including Dušan Týnek Dance Theatre and Company E on Jan. 3 and 8; RawDance and Contra-tiempo on Jan. 4 and 8; Ragamala Dance Company and Davalois Fearon Dance on Jan. 5 and 7; as well as Lucky Plush Productions and Dallas Black Dance Theatre on Jan. 6 and 7.
