Allergen-free chocolate

For parents of children with severe food allergies, Halloween can be especially scary. Simon Lester, the founder of Pascha Chocolate, has two daughters with varying food allergies, and that prompted him to make a line of chocolate bars and chips that are free of peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, eggs, fish, shellfish, mustard, sesame, sulfites, and artificial sweeteners.
