Even sheep put away their winter coats.
The Queens Zoo is springing into spring with its annual Sheep Shearing Weekend on May 5 and 6 from 11 am to 4 pm — and you’re invited!.
Families can watch an expert shearer help the fluffy sheep out of their winter coats, watch wool spinning and dyeing demonstrations, and participate in arts and crafts activities.
